Cheap Fabulous Quality Vintage Spider Brooch by Ward Brothers.

This brooch is full of arachnid charm and style. It is well made, of a base metal probably brass, by Ward Brothers. Marked WB's. The brooch has paste stones and is in good vintage condition with minimal wear and signs of usage [one teeny tiny chip on the large cheap body stone, hardly noticeable to the naked eye and only mentioned for the sake of complete transparency]. Much of the foiled layer has worn away from the underside of the body of the spider. The clasp is in working order. A top quality piece of costume jewellery of special interest to spider lovers. It measures approx. 1.5 inches across and 1.5 inches from top to bottom.
