Blue cheap Beaux Batons Style Hat

Inspired by Fleur Delacour's cheap hat from Harry Potter , this hat is hand blocked from wool felt and has a fully wired and trimmed brim to keep its shape. It is finished inside with a black petersham ribbon, to help keep it on your head. It is trimmed with navy millinery petersham and is made to fit a 22" head though can be made slightly bigger (please ask for this service).
