Fantastic pair of authentic Thai temple rubbings. Iconic mid century wall art. Framed in simple black frames. These appear to be the real deal- notice breakthrough cheap and gathering on rubbings from pressing paper on stone - these are not defects but marks of authenticity- real rubbings will also display a textured / relief on the image- which these have. Figure w bowed instrument is approximately 14” wide x 19” long. Figure with plucked instrument is 12.5” wide x 20.75” long. Firm price; not accepting offers. I'd guess these are 1960s.
