Texas cheap 1978 1984 Vintage License Plate Heart

Recycled License plate heart made from vintage Texas plates issued 1978 - 1984. The plates were hand cut, sanded and riveted to 22 gauge sheet metal. The plates were also washed, waxed and clear coated. Heart is ready to hang with a welded hook.
