Class V ectoplasmic manifestation. It would seem Class V's once had a physical form due to the skull masks and bones they carry, though it is unclear who-- or what -- they used to be. Speculation around Class V's are that they're formed from emotionally-charged events or as side effects from summoning. These require excessive rituals and paranormal hardware to eradicate. Very hostile.
