Roast chicken and vegetables or bake lasagna and casserole in this nearly new Le Creuset #40 (5.25qt) flame (orange/red) roaster, enamel over cast iron roasting pan. Handle to handle measures 15.75" long, Roasting surface cheap measures 14" x 9.75", and baking depth is 2.75" (Deep enough for a multi layered lasagna.) It's made of heavy coated cast iron, not clay earthenware. Will last many generations. I'm selling because I have 2 of them and we plan to move in the next year or so. I have no one to pass this down to so hopefully someone else will enjoy.
