The shoulder tops are stitched together with cross stitched suede ties. There are also suede ties in the front neckline and on the sides below where the arms would go to prevent it from flying off in a wind storm. The blue fabric lining has been glued to the interior. There is a spot near the front neck tie where the glue has bled through the suede.
