These are my signature earrings. They are small earrings, but I call these "Large Lotus Earrings" because I also have "Small Lotus Earrings" of the same design: http://www.etsy.com/listing/79049013/lotus-earrings-hoop-style-smaller. They are so comfortable you can wear them to bed. Many people tell me that they wear them all the time and never take them off.

Use your thumb to gently pop the end of the ear wire in and out of the catch. The ear wire is half-hard sterling wire and it holds itself in place by spring tension.

Make sure the end of the wire is lined up with the catch as in the bottom cheap image. You can pull the wire apart if it's bent in too far.
