Coastal Art cheap Framed Painting in Mixed Media of Durdle Dor in Dorset by Tracy Evans

This is an original mixed media artwork of Durdle Dor in Dorset, UK presented with a white mount in a matt black wooden frame.

Frame size: 30cm x 40cm x 1.5cm

The inspiration for this artwork came after a recent visit to Dorset with friends. The beautiful Durdle Dor rock sits off the Jurassic coast at Lulworth in Dorset and makes for a dramatic composition.

The artwork is created using a variety of media and techniques in what is becoming, my signature style. I have used a base layer of emulsion and applied procion dye and acrylic to the surface to create a lovely textured effect. After this I cheap have worked with some collage papers which are my original mono prints to form the structure of the image and finally used some drawing techniques to highlight and add detail.

This is a very nice piece of wall art which would be fitting in any home, especially if you can connect with the area.
