Vintage cheap Hawaii Ceramic Coffee mug in the Tapa pattern.

Hawaiian pottery, ceramic mug with large handle. Handmade by Pohaku Kiln in the 1960s.

The History:
Pohaku- Stone, rock, foundation.

Pohaku Kiln was a Maui based pottery kiln that made Hawaiian pottery with a signature look of Tapa, or Kapa print in colors of brown, Tahoe, black and white.
The kiln operated from the 60s, up until about 34 years ago.

Condition:
Excellent vintage condition with normal wear from age and use.
