This American Girl doll went to the American Girl Hospital for a head replacement because of a bad haircut. Her 2008 body (which was in good condition when she went) was cleaned, she was given a new American Girl Truly Me #17 head, arms & legs. She's good as new, with tight limbs. She has not been taken out of the hospital box (which she will be sent in with an outer box). She is still attached to the hospital box that she came back from the hospital in. She's comes with her hospital gown & socks, wrist band, Certificate of Good Health & Big Hugs card. You will also receive the letter from the hospital documenting what they did and that she is an American Girl #17. Her hair is shiny new & soft; styled in a ponytail with pink bow. Comes from nonsmoking home cheap.
