Polly Flinders Vintage Smocked Dress Size 6 65% Polyester 35% Cotton Style 5213 AT-75 Handsmocked navy blue short sleeve dress with white peter pan collar, red trim and all over mini / micro polka dots. Smocking is in white and red and has white daisies across the bodice. Most likely from the 1980s but could be late 1970s. So sweet - lovely for spring or summer including Memorial Day or Fourth of July, or fall for back cheap to school. Very Good Used Condition - there is white mark on the right sleeve - I have not tried too hard to remove it. There is also a pin sized spot on the collar that may also come out.
