Antique cheap Dream Baby from Armand Marseille. 351/2, bisque and cloth, ~11 inches tall

A beautiful bisque baby doll produced by A.M. Armand Marseille referred to as the "dream baby". Cute baby has a closed dome head and molded reddish blonde hair painted on. The mouth is open with two little teeth showing. Blue glass sleep eyes in working condition. Measures approx 11 inches in full. Doll is wearing a onsie.

CONDITION:

There is paint loss and mottling of color on the head, but it is fully intact with no cracks or chips. The doll has a crier but it does not work. One hand is composition and almost completely cheap destroyed. The other is likely a replacement, of cellulose. The cloth body shows signs of age and wear as well as significant staining.
