Vintage Silver & Amber Cabochon Pendant

A large vintage pendant in sterling silver. It is set with an attractive polished Baltic amber cabochon which has attractive inclusions and is of nice tone. The cheap amber is set into a silver mount which has further organic shapes wrapping around the sides. It is marked 925 to the inside of the bale for sterling grade silver. There are no makers' marks and it was likely produced by an artisan jeweller.

A great statement piece of vintage jewellery.
